A liquid calcium syrup with magnesium, vitamin D3, zinc and copper. A syrup suits anyone who struggles with large tablets, which is most of the people who need calcium in the first place.
Made at our own facility on Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, where we have been formulating since 1998. The DRAP enlistment number, batch number and expiry date are printed on every pack.

Note the dose size. "Per 5 ml" and "per 10 ml" are not the same claim, and syrups are frequently compared incorrectly because of it. Check the serving size before deciding anything is better value.
Why these five together
Calcium on its own is only half the story.
-
Vitamin D3 is what allows calcium to be absorbed at all. Calcium without adequate vitamin D is largely wasted, which is why they are formulated together.
-
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones alongside calcium.
-
Copper is included because zinc and copper compete for absorption. A zinc supplement taken long-term without copper can gradually lower copper status, so pairing them is the sensible design. See why zinc and copper belong together.
What these contribute to
- Calcium and vitamin D3: the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
- Vitamin D3: normal absorption and utilisation of calcium, normal muscle function, normal immune function
- Magnesium: normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Zinc and copper: normal immune function and protection of cells from oxidative stress
How to take it
- Measure with the cup or spoon supplied, not a kitchen spoon. Dosing by eye is where mistakes happen.
- Follow the dose on the pack, or as directed by your doctor.
- Take with or after food.
- Space it a couple of hours apart from iron supplements and from certain antibiotics, as minerals compete for absorption.
- Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening and finish within the period stated on the pack.
Weight-bearing exercise does as much for bone as any supplement. Our note on calcium, D3 and what actually matters covers the rest.
Who should check with a doctor first
