Shipping policy

We dispatch every order from our own facility in Rawalpindi.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs 1,500 or more.
• A flat delivery charge of Rs 199 applies to orders under Rs 1,500.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Processing and delivery times

• Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• Delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days in most cities.
• Remote areas may take longer.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.

4. Cash on Delivery

Payment is made in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share your tracking details. For an update at any time, send us your order number on WhatsApp at 0307 7776701.

6. Address details

Please make sure your full address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-delivery may incur a further charge.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
