Where is my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it directly. That is faster than email.
Are your products DRAP registered?
Yes. More than 150 products are enlisted with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Every pack carries its enlistment number.
Can you make a product for my brand?
Yes — that is most of what we have done since 1998. Use the WhatsApp button above and mention contract manufacturing.
Can you advise on which product I should take?
We can explain what a formulation contains and what it supports. We cannot give medical advice or diagnose. For anything involving a health condition, medication, pregnancy, or a child, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.

Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders over 1500 PKR.
What is the return policy?
You can contact us within 24 hours to request a return if your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items.
