Luvia is our women's wellness capsule, a traditional botanical blend with aloe vera, amla, ashoka and shatavari. 3×10 capsules.
Made at our own facility on Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, where we have been formulating since 1998. The amount of each extract per capsule, the DRAP enlistment number, batch number and expiry date are printed on every pack.
What is in it
-
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) — the botanical most strongly associated with women's preparations in traditional South Asian medicine, used for generations in this context.
-
Ashoka (Saraca asoca) — traditionally used in women's tonics, and named for that use.
-
Amla (Indian gooseberry) — a traditional source of vitamin C and polyphenols.
-
Aloe vera — long used both internally and topically.
What "traditionally used" means, and why we say it
It means these botanicals have a long documented history of use for this purpose. It does not mean clinical trials have proved they treat anything, and we are not going to imply otherwise.
In particular, we are not claiming this balances hormones. That phrase is used constantly in this category and it does not describe anything measurable. Hormonal conditions — PCOS, thyroid disorders, endometriosis, irregular or absent periods — are diagnosed with blood tests and scans, and they are managed medically. A botanical capsule is not a substitute for that, and treating a hormonal condition with supplements alone can mean years lost.
Where it fits sensibly
As a traditional daily preparation taken alongside a reasonable diet, not as a treatment for a specific problem. If you have a specific problem, get it looked at and take this alongside whatever your doctor advises, if they are happy for you to.
How to take it
Follow the dose on the pack, with water, after food, or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose. Pack size: 3×10 capsules.
See a doctor rather than self-treating if you have

- Bleeding between periods or after sex.
- Persistent pelvic pain, or pain during sex.
- Difficulty conceiving after a year of trying, or six months if you are over thirty-five.
- Unusual discharge, odour or itching.
Who should check with a doctor first
- Anyone pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
- Anyone with a hormone-sensitive condition, including some breast, uterine and ovarian conditions.
- Anyone taking hormonal contraception, fertility medication, lithium or diuretics.
- Anyone with diabetes, as some of these botanicals may affect blood sugar.
