GoSaf is a topical cream for external intimate care, with chaste tree, licorice and garlic extracts. 40g.

Made at our own facility on Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, where we have been formulating since 1998.

What it is

A soothing, non-greasy cream for the external area, formulated to leave delicate skin comfortable. It is a cosmetic product and is designed for everyday external use.

• Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) extract — a botanical with a long record of traditional use in women's preparations.
• Licorice extract — traditionally used for its soothing properties on irritated skin.
• Garlic extract — a traditional botanical inclusion.

These are included on the basis of traditional use. That phrase means a long history of use, not that trials have proved an effect.

How to use it

• Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin of the external area.
• External use only. Never internally.
• Once daily, or as needed for comfort.
• Patch test on the inner forearm before first use. Intimate skin is thinner and more reactive than skin elsewhere, so this step matters more here than with an ordinary cream.

What this product is not

It is a cosmetic cream. It does not treat infections, it is not a contraceptive, it does not affect fertility or your cycle, and it will not resolve a medical problem.

See a doctor rather than reaching for a cream if you have unusual discharge, a change in odour, persistent itching, burning, pain when passing urine, pain during sex, sores or lumps, or any bleeding between periods. Thrush, bacterial vaginosis and other causes look similar from the outside and are treated completely differently. Using a cream on a problem that needs diagnosing only delays treatment.

Care

For external use only. Patch test before first use. Avoid contact with the eyes and with broken skin. Stop if irritation occurs. Not for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding without medical advice. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
